Employees will register for the IAM program on this web page. Depending on the capabilities of your internal training management systems and intranet accessibility, registration will be handled either by your registration system or the IAM registration process.
Regardless, the IAM registration form will include baseline survey data collection which allows us to connect development accomplished during participation in IAM with the original business context and imperatives we identified with you during our initial design and planning time together.
We continually improve and modify the IAM program based on information we receive from participants. We will use the information provided during registration and subsequent evaluation surveys as part of this learning process.
