Criteria for participation in the Individual Awareness Map includes:
- Willingness to dedicate 3-6 months to reflecting on yourself and your development.
- Willingness and ability to attend an orientation session.
- A current resume and development plan.
- Readiness and williness to be coached.
- Readiness to experiment and take action.
- Willingness to provide evaluation of the program.
