Coaches
Part of the IAM strategy is to build your internal coaching capacity. We train managers, mentors, leaders and internal coaches in the IAM concepts and frameworks to enable internal resources to provide coaching to participants.
During IAM pilots, the Coaches web page will contain information about KT&A coaches. Once your organization has trained coaches, this page will contain information about internal coaches, as is appropriate.
This webpage also contains custom and standard resources for coaches. You will be able to edit this area using a content management system to provide exactly the resources your internal coaches need, on an ongoing basis.
IAM provides the following resources for coaches:
- An executive summary of coaching skills needed to support IAM participants.
- A detailed manual of IAM coaching skills. This manual is used in our IAM coaching skills training.
- A discussion forum for coaches - to connect and share learning.
We will continue to add to the coaches area as we learn about new and useful resources.
